How do we work?
Make an appointment
During the initial consultation, we will analyze your situation together so that I can propose the best legal strategy.
This meeting is not binding; you are free to decide whether to entrust me your case or not.
Mandate me
In this case, we jointly validate a mission contract which details the scope of my intervention and the actions that will need to be implemented, in consultation with the client.
This mission contract specifies in particular the terms of the Lawyer's action and the estimated workload.
Validate the fees
The Lawyer receives fees set in agreement with the client (subject to VAT at the rate of 20%) either as a fixed fee or for time spent according to a scale agreed with the client.
An additional fee may be agreed with the client depending on the result obtained or the service provided, particularly in complex cases.
Availability
The Lawyer remains available throughout the entire mission entrusted to him and makes decisions in consultation with the client, in complete transparency.
Thus, the Lawyer provides his services with the same guarantee of quality and excellence as in the largest legal structures.
